In appreciation for your time, you will be entered into a draw for one pair of dinner-dance tickets to Dancero 2102. We ask that you still purchase your Dancero tickets in class, if you are planning on attending the dance. If you are the winner of the ticket draw, which will be made on March 15, 2012, you will be contacted by the Club and receive a refund for the face value of the ticket(s), to a maximum of two, that you previously purchased.

If you have not yet received your survey and would like to participate, please check if the survey got caught in your spam filters. If this is not the case and you would like the link sent to you, please send your request for the survey link to the Club along with your current email address.

The last Club dance of the season is Dancero, held at TCU Place on March 24th, 2012. Doors open at 6pm, dinner at 7pm, dancing from 8:30-1:00am. Dine, dance and watch our very own Dance Team and Instructor Group perform routines. Music by Elite DJ’s Ltd.

Tickets ordered in class will be available for pickup at the class number you indicated on your ticket order envelope until March 22, 2012.

Seating for dance only tickets is in the non reserved dance only section. Your tickets allow you to enter the auditorium at 8:30 pm.

Only non-member tickets, at the non-member price, with seating in the non-reserved section will be available for sale online through Picatic, www.Picatic.com/ticket/event59708, March 4 to March 13, 2012.

No tickets will be sold at the door.

Thank-you to the 70 plus volunteers who assisted with Club activities this year. We couldn’t do what we do without you. For those volunteers who contributed more than four hours to Club activities, watch your email in April for you invitation to our Volunteer Appreciation night.


The Club relies on our sixty plus members to assist us with fall registration. If you are able to donate a few hours or a day please either email our volunteer coordinator at usbdcvolunteers@gmail.com or provide the Club with your contact email address on the yellow volunteer forms available in class. You will be contacted about volunteering with registration activities at the beginning of August.
