Members Dance Team Registration Intermediate Advanced
We are still looking for couples and leads for dance team! If we cannot find another lead or couple, dance team will be Cancelled.
The members dance performance team will be learning and performing a Tango routine at our Mistletoes Ball formal dance in November. Classes are Wednesdays at Trinity Hall from 8:15pm — 9:45 pm taught by Bernadette and Gee. One LAST registration will take place before this weeks class from 7:45pm — 8:15pm. Cost is $125 and includes a dinner dance ticket to Mistletoes.
Cornucopia at the Concordia All Levels
Our semi-formal dance replacing Harvest Swing is Cornucopia at the Concordia and will be on Friday, October 11th, 2019. Register in-class until Thursday, October 3rd, 2019. We have extended online registering until the end of the day on Thursday, October 10th, 2019.

Practice Session
Our first practice session (which is term one only) will be held Thursdays at Nutana Legion from 6:30pm till 7:30pm.
Our second practice session will be held Thursdays at Grosvenor Park United Church from 7:45pm till 8:45pm.
Practice sessions start the second week of classes (Thursday, September 19th, 2019).

Missing Classes
There is nothing to worry about if you have to miss a class. Attending the next weeks class for your session is the best way to catch up on what you missed.
Keep Personal Effects on You
Please bring your shoes and personal effects in with you and not left unattended in waiting areas. This is for security of your personal belongings.
Clean Shoes
Please make sure that you have a clean, dry pair of non-marking shoes to use in classes and at our events and dances.
- Remove dirty outdoor shoes before entering the dance floor.
- Avoid putting dirty shoes on chairs or other furniture.
- Scrape dust from dance shoes into garbage bins; and never on the dance floors.
Member Cards
Your membership card is the easiest way to register for check in to club events. Make sure to have it on you or have a picture of it on your phone.
Confirmation Emails
When you register for our events; the confirmation e-mail sent out is your guarantee that a registration went through. Make sure to contact the club if you do not receive an e-mail for a class or formal dance you registered for.
Class Transfers
If you are finding the time of your class or level of your class is not working out, you are able to put in a transfer request.
